Dr. Wu Roundup: TP-05, TP-06 and P-07

Here's a quick roundup of some upcoming products from third party group Dr. Wu. The photos posted by the Meteor Operation Facebook group show off TP-05 Prime Sword, styled after Prima's sword; TP-06 Sage, the maskless replacement head for First Edition Optimus Prime; and P-07 Metallic Storm, the diecast rifle for your Optimus Prime.

Prices and release date are still TBD.

If they did the sword all in gold it would look plain and pretty lame .. Having that black or dark gray on there makes the gold blade color pop big time.. I think it looks great the way they did it .. I may have to get me this now and if i do im drilling out the center of the Matrix and putting a blue crystal beed or something there.. ..

Nice Sword, But I really don't like the G1 chrome Blaster.
I think the blaster from TFC-005 Gears of War 2 Weapon Set or TFC Rollar Set, was a better design. Even if you do not use the lights.

I'd love to see Dr. Wu try to make a head for Classic Bumblbee that has a G1 battle mask face.

Very nice stuff. Dr. Wu continues to impress. The sword does look great but I'm not sure it's for me. The Prime face is a definite buy. The rifle looks good sculpt-wise but I'd rather have it come in flat black instead of shiny chrome.

I was looking at the one pic and it looked gold but looking at the others again i can see silver now too lol.. Still looks nice silver.. Black and silver go great together too.. Im still drilling out the center of the matrix and putting a blue crystal beed or something in there lol

Kinda dig the sword, the head is a pass as I always liked the face place better and the gun is also an easy pass as the Gear of War gun TFC made looks nicer to me and lights up.

My Henkei Optimus needs a decent ion rifle so depending on the cost of this thing I may go after this one, and that sword is definitely for my DIA Commander

Man, I was really looking forward to the maskless Prime face, since Wheeljack turned out so nice. This looks sloppy to me though....

Looks like Hasbro is doing a faceplateless Prime as part of their Dark Energon BBTS exclusive assortment, so I will most likely wait for that. Not for nuthin, but this Prime face doesn't seem worth the inevitable import price.
