Dr Wu comes out with all this crap that i wanna buy and cant find at major retailers. I had to get the invulnerable face off ebay.

Not bad. Are these the final version? Might need to add some paint once in hand, as Optimus' blaster is all the same color. Still, very nice. Oh! How much?

If they will also fit in PRiD Optimus's hands I'll buy the shit out of these.

I want them to reveal the FE Prime faceplateless head already.

It actually kind of makes sense for this to come out for the RiD Voyager since its weapons are godawful. And these should fit the FE anyway since I assume they have the same hand peg holes.

Well, I'm including the head and stuff too into that want. I really don't want a weapons/face pack for the version of the character I don't really like.

That and the weapons look like repainted FE ones.

I still can't understand why Hasbro used black for Prime's gun anyway (aside from the fact that it is always black), but this fixes that nicely.

I am really loving everything that Dr. Wu does. I'm still semi-patiently waiting for the Invulnerable face to be delivered though, but it looks great.

I am really interested in these. I am new to the whole 3rd party scene. Can Dr Wu products be found at places like TFSource? Or will I have to look somewhere else?

I was just coming here to ask this. All these things I want to buy from Dr. Wu and I can't find them anywhere.

KO of the First Edition Prime guns. But might be an inexpensive way of getting two guns for the double gun formation on the mainline or First Edition toy.

I was literally saying the other night how Dr. Wu should make extra blasters, hard plastic swords, and a maskless face. They've already got one down, I hope they do the other two.

I made a mold of the FE Gun already for my personal use (slightly retooled without the sword holes). I have been making resin castings in black. If people would rather have that or another color I would be happy to cast sets for them for $10 shipped. This purchase would be supporting an set of original design projects I'm working on with some partners. Just throwing that out there. Pictures of samples available on request

These look awesome but they will also prolly be like $20, in which case I'll just live with my mod'd PRiD weapon.

The fold gimmick is actually kind of fun now that I've ditched the batter pack. Makes for some fun poses.

It's not a 1:1 reproduction, I retooled it to remove some of the "plastic saving" space and removed the silly bayonet feature. It was important to me these never be passed off as originals. Also I filled in the gap between the upper and lower barrels. Just was making these for myself and some friends who really wanted the second gun for our FE Primes but would love to get some proceeds to fund my teams original product efforts which will be announced soon (all products for Prime Main Line Figures that are not retools of an original part).

Can cast in most any color you might want or nice bubbly resin translucent as seen in second pic.

It'd be nice if it were compatible with both the First Edition and RID figures. I mean, it's possible. It'd also be really nice to see dual swords, preferably in the same package. Either way, these are looking very nice. I hope they don't cost too much though.

Now I will be getting RID Prime. Now if only Dr. Wu can make him some accurate swords.......

These will look sweet on my Takara FE Optimus Prime.

The top pic looks as though you can slide the hands all the way down, but G1 Optimus makes it look as though it can't be done. Can the hands indeed be hidden? How much and can you take a picture with RiD Optimus holding these?

The cast was still "hardening" so the plastic was a bit soft so I chose not to force it in (that picture was taken for a facebook post so I wasn't intending it to be used as a product POC lol). Pics with FE Prime (I brought my AM Prime to work with me and will take some pics of them with him later);

These are raw unfinished guns too in the pics. They were trimmed from the sprue in a hurry so the handle cut isn't perfectly straight. For anyone that actually buys one I will do a fresh casting to order and do some light sanding and shining to them probably in addition to making sure the cuts are professional. I think I stated earlier too that I can take some level of custom requests for colors as long as they aren't too complicated.

I'll make a purchase thread for people to post feedback. First couple people interested I will probably sell for shipping cost as long as they post their honest feedback for others here on the boards. I think I have hijacked Wu's thread enough here.

For everyone that is looking for decent replacement swords theres a board member (arielscustoms) on shapeways that is doing some stuff you may want to checki out. also has cannons/ grenade for wheeljack, upgrade kit for Starscream, smaller "stinger" blades for Arcee, and cannons for RiD Cliffjumper. THeres even a 5 pack of Scraplettes.
