Facebook Group Meteor Operation have posted images of the next project from Dr Wu. Dr Wu's TP-07 looks set to be an extra accessory for Transformers Prime Breakdown - more specifically a show-accurate hammer to replace the Arms Micron's Rhinohammer accessory. The small gallery posted also includes a CAD image of the Polarity Gauntlet from the episode Metal Attraction, which may either be a part of the same set or another upcoming project.

No eyepatch head?
Roufuss
Yea, no thanks.

The hammer he comes with is a lot better imo.
AngryChad
I love Dr. Wu. The Microns are horrible.

In all fairness, removing Breakdown's head is very likely to break the toy, since the entirety of his neck is translucent plastic.

That's not a particularly strong reason for anything. Just a reason not to try disassembling your toy, which is something that Hasbro doesn't particularly condone anyways.

It's just fine for general consumers.

The hammer is kinda ehh for me. Although , if they decide to make a shoulder mounted cannon for him like in the toon then I'll bite.
kaijuguy19
The hammer and gauntlet look neat. I wonder if the gauntlet can also fit in other figures?
Flyby33
Yeah i want a shoulder mounted cannon im fine with the micron hammer
Cecilia
nah will just paint the arms micron gunmetal and I am set XD
MegaHavok
ill buy the hammer to get the gauntlet

Yeah, it's BS that he isn't. Hasbro is going out of there way to get things like Jetwing Prime and the New Years Prime, not to mention the Bruticus and various other larger items, but Breakdown is too big? Like a store (HELLO, BBTS LATELY!!!!) wouldn't have gladly carried him in the states.
RedAlert Rescue
WHAT !!!

No Shoulder Cannon ?
Mechafire
I'm interested.
MovieGodOptimus
I'm thinking that Breakdown will be in PRID with an Eye-Patch and will be called Silas
Chaosbringer
Needs a shoulder mounted cannon, not another hammer

Did it occur to you that Breakdown is only just out, and it was a good six months to a year before both Jetwing and New Year Optimus were solicited on Amazon?

Hasbro *could* have just not bothered their asses to produce another run of FE toys, but they did.

Not everyone at the company is out to retroactively destroy your childhood, but these things take time.

If both Hasbro and TRU are happy with the way the second run of FE toys went... they may reconsider Breakdown.
Jerrymiru
Sorry to say but the hammer looks like something off of Shapeways.

Why not make a whole package though...? That hammer, gauntlet, shoulder cannon, and eye patch. I'm sure more will grab it right up. Or even skip the hammer and just have the rest.

Dr. Wu is on the ball isn't, he? All he needs to do now is sale a Dr. Wu's collectors set and include all his add-ons

Where is the Metroplex eye! My Martini needs an olive!
optronix72
Looks good, still saving up to import a Breakdown though, but a definite buy when i get one.
G1Wheeljack
I may want that hammer depending on how much it goes for.
Neo-Bombshell
I may buy it depending on the color and price.

Both PRID Wheeljack and Arcee have translucent plastic necks, and I removed Wheeljack's without problem.

I never heard about him not coming until recently, it does seem Hasbro is trying harder given the past year with this and that being cancelled or not released at all.

Oh, and where did I say 'destroy my childhood', don't put words in my mouth. I was voicing my opinion.

Although, Breakdown's socket is also translucent plastic, so double-whammy for him.
Robogeek28
Meh, I much prefer the Rhinohammer.

ATM a Hasbro rep claimed they weren't interested due to the overall costs to bring him over... I believe due to the retooling/removal of the plethora of Micron ports.

I'd cast doubt they'd be more interested in the Silas retool that's currently in the works at Takara....

That was the first thing I wondered about when this made the front page. Perhaps - hopefully - it's just a matter of waiting for a shoulder cannon, be it for inclusion in this set or a later one like the staggered releases of Dr. Wu's FE Optimus Prime accessories.
