Mastermind Creations Cynicus Colored Prototype Images

This time, we get our first look at their interpretation of the IDW original comic character Cynicus AKA Vos of the Decepticon Justice Division! These new images show this deluxe sized figure in robot mode and sniper rifle mode. In sniper rifle mode he can be wielded by Mastermind Creations' Feral Rex figure. Lastly, this figure can remove his face just like the comic character does to tortute rogue Decepticons!

Perfect Effect Leonidas (Lio Convoy) - New Prototype Images

LioConvoy Third Party / Independent group Perfect Effect just dropped an awesome update containing new images of their Leonidas prototype! Leonidas is Perfect Effect's attempt at homaging the Beast Wars II character Lio Convoy. The prototype images show off the bulk of the figure, range of articulation in the arms (such as gripping the sword on the figure's hip), a side view of its beast mode, and a size comparison with MP-10, which shows Leonidas nearly eye to eye with Masterpiece Optimus Prime!

These new images show Apollyon MX-I in his robot mode only, revealing that a handsome paint scheme will accompany the already impressive sculpt!! Apollyon is due to be release in December of 2014.

Play With This Too Bitemark

It's a redeco of their existing Desolataur, using the head of Bloodbath.

Crowd funding exclusive decos of the headshots by designer Steve Redinger have also been shown, one of whom matches up to Bitemark to give you something looking a bit like Diablo - not Transformers, but pretty cool!

Play With This Too Partners with Famed Toy Designer Christopher Dahlberg

PWTT Play With This Too just sent over a press release announcing they have contracted famed toy designer Christopher Dahlberg to design their own digital sculpts for their action figure toy line.

Dahlberg is very well known in the toy industry after nearly two decades as a sculptor/designer, co-founder and former co-owner of Four Horsemen, 14 years experience for Mattel in action figures development, as well as the lead sculptor for McFarlane Toys. You can see more of Dahlberg's past/current work on his website and get a feel for what his style may mean for Play With It Too's action figure line. November Reprolabels Update: Celebrating 15 Years With Special Offer

Dr Wu Masterpiece Wheeljack Accessory Set Final Images

He's making a "DW-P22E" set which is the set with the glowing Wheeljack ears and a "young" face, as well as making this set - also named DW-P22 Engineer. This second set includes a set of weapons and other accessories to arm-up your Masterpiece Wheeljack, including a hyper shock cannon, a wrench, a welder, a time bomb and a grenade.

Play With This Too Goldminer and Flarestrike

27477686d1415032801-play-too-goldminer-pretender-landmine-b1h9vpqieaiqkfr Revealed this past weekend are two new figure designs by the independent company Play With This Too. The two figures shown are Goldminer and Flarestrike! Goldminer is a remold and recolor of PWTT's already revealed Astroblast, which appears to homage the inner robot of Pretender Landmine. Similarly, Flarestrike (which we briefly saw at TFcon) is a new color scheme of their Jetstrike mold to homage Pretender Sunstorm and will only be available during PWTT's crowd funding campaign scheduled to launch in February. PWTT has more images on their homepage of these reveals and other projects as well.

alberich1 Unique Toys has updated their Facebook page revealing the second figure in their "Ordin" (aka Abominus) Series. Today we have our first look at their version of Rippersnapper, named "Alberich". Alberich translated from German means "Norse Dwarf" according to TFW member Scaleface. This figure is shown here in beast mode, robot mode and his arm mode for Ordin.

New Third Party Group Vector Sigma Reveals Cybertronian Alt Mode Figures

VS-BB-2 A newly formed third party/independent group Vector Sigma, has revealed their first patch of figures via The figures shown are non-transformable, Legends/Cyberverse scaled, and are of the alt modes first seen in the opening scene of the first episode of the Generation 1 Transformers cartoon.

So far we have in their Cybertronian alt modes are Wheeljack, Bumblebee, Thundercracker, and Skywarp. No pricing or release date information is available at this time.

DX9 Toys War in Pocket Figures Revealed - Cyclonus, Scourge, and Galvatron

10750012_564037000362474_4273264131836997816_o The third party/independent group DX9 Toys revealed today on their Weibo page new additions to their line of Legends sized figures, this time around being cleverly named War in Pocket. The first three figures shown are homages to the Decepticons introduced in the 1986 movie: Cyclonus, Scourge, and Galvatron. No names are currently known for the figures, just the release numbers of X-04, X-06, and X-07. You can see some past Legends size releases of DX9 Toys with their Speedo (Blurr) and Guartinel (Ironhide).

No preorder information is up yet, so keep it locked here on TFW as more news and updates are given!

ToyWorld unofficial Sludge Color Images

5555250852858 ToyWorld has released some color images of their unofficial Dinobot Sludge through online store Chingmungmung and via Weibo users Toyszone and MrElijay. These new images show the not-Sludge in both his modes, and reveal that the Dinobot's sword stores in the neck of the brachiosaur mode - there's also some nice poseability on the dinosaur head.

DX9 Chigurh unofficial Astrotrain

Named "Chigurh", a play on the sound a train makes, this unofficial Astrotrain is set to stand 24 cm in height and boasts metal parts, "rotateable wheels" and "twistable waist".
