This was a 30" long R/C "Island Cruiser" boat I got from Toys R Us for a friend that wanted to commission a transforming boat. I got the biggest one I could find, gutted and customized it to transform. The Shockwave-style gun was made from a broken heat gun that I salvaged the tip from.
