Slicer is an upgrade for the Euro-exclusive Action Master, and was repainted and slightly modified from Cybertron Downshift. His waist was altered to allow it to pivot, and I rigged his capture claw gimmick to function without a Cyber Key, by removing the cover panel, grinding it flat, then fixing it to the reinforced trigger in the roof section. Now the claw can be fired simply by pressing the center section of the rear window. His robot mode Decepticon insignias are courtesy of Reprolabels, as is the rubsign he wears in his vehicle mode.
