Classics Seaspray (L)

OK for my second custom I decided to go for a really simple repaint option. I only got back "into" the fandom at the start of 07 / late 06 really, so I missed AEC pretty much. My first exposure to this mold was when I saw the repaint for the Target movie exclusives scout line, and my first thought was "wow, Seaspray!"... so, it had to be done.

Simple enough job... just a straight repaint in fact. The worst part was getting the yellow on, as it mostly covers the parts which were turquoise on the original Shortround, and getting a good yellow on that is night-on impossible. But hey, patience prevails. Colours used were Games Workshop Citadel Colours - Sunburst Yellow, Enchanted Blue and Skull White.

Really simple job, but quite nice, and I'm happy with it. My only slight gripe is that in 'bot mode, there's a bit much blue for my liking, but hey, it's all good.
