Faction: Autobot

Come on now, who doesn't love Jazz? I'm slightly surprised that, as one of the most prominent 'bots from the G1 series, he hasn't been redone in Classics / Universe. And no, I don't count the Legends as a real toy ;) So I took a Silverstreak (couldn't find a cheap Prowl, who would've worked a bit better) and used that instead! He's completed with a repro head from the Botcon 08 Jazz which fits perfectly onto this toy. I did a slight mod on the chest to bulk it out slightly, which I think makes it look a lot more like Jazz and sets it apart from the other 4 or 5 versions of this mold in my Classics collection!

As always I used Citadel paints... the toy was coated with a primer and then sprayed with Skull White. Other colours used were Chaos Black, Blood Red, Mithril Silver and a custom blue made from Enchanted Blue and Skull white. The decals were G1 Jazz ones from Reprolabels, though retrospectively I might have used Alternator ones instead.
