Blackarachnia is a repaint I originally did a few years ago when Beast Wars was still in its second season. I was relatively displeased and how unlike the toy's colors were from her TV show counterpart. I had a bootleg Tarantulas figure I wasn't doing anything with so I whipped-up this recolor. I made a few mistakes the first time around in terms of color, so I recently repainted most of her. This time around I customized the color of the spider legs and filled in the gap for her robot mouth with a small piece of plastic and epoxy. I filled the holes in the claws with epoxy, sanded them down, then I put them back on the opposite arms after painting them.
Re-doing this repaint after so many years proves to me that a custom is never done, you just stop working on it.
