I was a bit displeased about how the Powerlinx Optimus Prime figure looked. The base figure wasn't great and the new colors made him look really dull. When I saw how cool he looked in the show with a slightly different color scheme, I had to duplicate it. This figure is mostly a parts-swap figure, but I still had to touch up a few areas to make it true enough to the show. I repainted his waist armor, grill, chest, shoulders, forearms, and his face parts. It didn't take much effort to make this figure look a whole lot better.
