Upset that Swindle had stolen the new body intended for him, Trailbreaker talked the scientists into building him an even better body than they had originally intended. His new body sports the latest in off road technology. He is outfitted with a 10" lift and 44" tires to tackle any obstacle. A 9,000 lb. winch was also added to to get him and other Autobots out of sticky situations. Trailbreaker's Force Field Projector also doubles as offroad lights when in Jeep mode. He also retained his Radio Jamming Broadcaster that is mounted on his front bumper. Trailbreaker is now the ultimate off-road Autobot.
