This technology allows humans to link their brains to machines and control them via thought patterns. Such advanced technology requires a sharp and disciplined mind; much like the mind possessed by a ninja. Thus, Storm Shadow was chosen to be the first human to experience M.C.T.

After stealing an altered Corvette, Dr. Mindbender fitted the Alternator with retractable blades and a sword, weapons familiar to Storm Shadow.
