With several Decepticons already reformatted with the new Binaltech technologies, Dr. Arkeville felt Skywarp would be a most useful addition to his evil plan. With his teleportaion abilities, Skywarp could easily infiltrate any Autobot base and destroy all that stood in his way. The evil doctor reformatted Skywarp with the same chassis he used for Ravage but gave Skywarp a sleeker, more race like design. In Alt mode, Skywarp retained the teleportation abilities he possessed as an airplane. He no longer has the ability to fly, but he's always first to the finish line!
