Originally, I had made an Alternator Prowl out of an Alt. Wheeljack. I had actually bought the normal Alternator Prowl both for the headpiece as well as to make--at the time--Wheeljack out of Prowl's body...just a headswap and repaint deal. Somewhere along the lines, I saw someone make a Binaltech Red Alert out of a BT Prowl, and off I went with the same idea.
The head is actually from an Alt. Meister I traded for online. I modified it to match more to the toy version of the head, but still painted it red to match the cartoon character. The doors are actually modded to come off and 'snap' into place on Red Alert's shoulders. I pulled out the old steering pins and replaced them with ones that were longer. I also did the leg-swap mod, putting the rear windows in front and the panels in the back (even though the normal way is more accurate--I prefer the increase in articulation). The stickers are from Reprolabels.com, and they were specially made with transparent backgrounds. The paint is Krylon Fusion red, with some white in certain areas.
