Megatron began as an Alternators Grimlock. A Decepticharge head was taken and repainted in silver and black. A Classics Megatron gun barrel was also taken and added along with a custom piece added to the arm to allow for the modification of this gun barrel. This piece was topped off with some reprolabels.
