We've been given an image of the upcoming Classics figures Grimlock and Mirage. This is the first "in color" image of Classics Mirage to surface, as well as the first toy image of Classics Grimlock.
The picture is small, but there's speculation that part of Grimlock's weapon may actually be his sword.
You will see in this image that he retains a lot of the look seen in Don Figueroa's work in the recently released "Stormbringer" series by IDW Publishing. This figure is voyager sized and is part of "wave 2" of Transformers Classics, which Hasbro says will be shown at this year's BotCon.
There is a rumor that the figure has TWO heads - a helmet giving him the G1 Jetfire toy head, and then his sculpted head which is more like the G1 cartoon of Skyfire.
Also seen in the top corner is a colored Classics Mirage figure.
During the Comic-Con rush of the weekend, we must have skipped over this one. Hasbro has added the bios and in-package pics of the Transformers Classics figures in one easy to find spot. Check them out Here.
