AUTOBOT JAZZ fell in love with Earth the first time he heard the music. His huge databank on Earth culture has made him the right hand man to OPTIMUS PRIME, as well as the ideal choice for many of the most dangerous undercover assignments. A courageous, cool, and capable warrior and spy, he is always the first to volunteer for any mission.

If a thing can't be done in style, then it isn't worth doing, thinks AUTOBOT JAZZ. That's why he's so happy to be on Earth. Humans may be small and soft, but they make up in incredible design what they lack in built-in weapons systems. Take his alternate mode, for example. He's been discovering new features every day since he scanned it! And look at these lines! You know, once MEGATRON and the DECEPTICONS are defeated, AUTOBOT JAZZ might just consider retiring here.

AUTOBOT RATCHET is a healer before all else. Wherever fighting is thickest, that’s where you will find him. He’ll be there, not because he glories combat, but because the thickest fighting generates the most casualties. When a robot falls - AUTOBOT or DECEPTICON - AUTOBOT RATCHET will be there to patch his wounds and ease his pain. To him, all life is sacred. To protect it is his purpose. No sacrifice is too great, no allegiance too strict and no journey too long to sway him from that purpose.

This legendary ship looms large in the history of the TRANSFORMERS. Originally constructed to destroy an asteroid that threatened CYBERTRON, it became the home base first of the MAXIMALS and then the AUTOBOTS on Earth. Over the long history of the war, the ARK changed hands many times, featuring as the crux upon which many a battle turned, before its ultimate destruction.

Few DECEPTICONS have the single-minded focus of BLACKOUT. When he is given a target, he will stop at nothing to reach and destroy it, no matter where it is. Across a continent, or on the other side of the galaxy, BLACKOUT will go, destroying whatever gets in his way, and in his wake leaving only ashes.

Previously unrevealed until this database entry Bludgeon was scheduled for release in the 6 inch titanium line in 2008. The existence of this figure comes from a 2007 Hasbro document listing Transformers Titanium figures planned for release in 2008. Unfortunately this has been canceled along with the rest of the line.

It is rare that Optimus Prime openly expresses the pride he feel in his Autobots. He honestly believes, however, that no commander could ask for a better, more committed group of heroes, and he counts Bumblebee among the first and foremost. While the smaller robot brings neither heavy firepower nor martial skill, no Autobot is more courageous. Optimus Prime hates to think of the many battles that would have been lost were it not for the skill and determination of his spy and infiltrator. He feels an almost fatherly affection for the eager Bumblebee, and will do everything in his power to protect him.

Very few AUTOBOTS can match BUMBLEBEE for sheer guts. Small but daring, BUMBLEBEE willingly goes where larger, tougher robots wouldn't even consider. Acting as a spy for OPTIMUS PRIME, he uses his size as an advantage, going unnoticed where his larger comrades would stick out. Though he is among the bravest and most respected of AUTOBOTS, he still idolizes the larger more combat-ready robots, especially OPTIMUS PRIME and PROWL.
| | Filed Under: Titanium 3 Inch | Views: 126 |
As an advance scout and spy for the AUTOBOTS, BUMBLEBEE is as comfortable incognito as he is unshakable in the heat of battle. He has taken more wounds than almost any other AUTOBOT – not because of lack of skill as a fighter, but because his courage and drive to win take him into far more dangerous situations than most of his comrades are willing to go.

Like every young AUTOBOT and MAXIMAL speedster before and since, CHEETOR was once a study in naiveté. Years of bitter experience in the BEAST WARS have left him hardened, without the bright-eyed curiosity that caused him and the other MAXIMAL warriors so many problems. Seeing CYBERTRON under the thumb of MEGATRON and its population enslaved has left him grim, nearly crushing the former good humor out of his spirit. He has turned every bit the predator, and focused all of his energies on the liberation of his fellow robots.
The conversion of OPTIMUS PRIMAL into some kind of strange religious fanatic by the Oracle has done nothing to help. CHEETOR believes in his friend and leader, but the word of a mythical computer is not enough for him to go on a crusade. For CHEETOR, the liberation of the sparks of the citizens of CYBERTRON is all that really matters. While OPTIMUS PRIMAL is distracted by prophecies and spirit-quests, CHEETOR is forced to step into the unlooked for role of leader in the hope of bringing about the salvation of his kind.
UNIQUE FEATURE: Focused particle acceleration bursts generated by high speeds.

Twenty-five tons of courage in a one-ton package – that’s CLIFFJUMPER. He’s the short guy who’s so ready for a fight that even inanimate objects shaped like DECEPTICONS get him fired up enough to start kicking tailpipe. To him, “negotiation” is just another word for “loser,” and “retreat” is something the other guy does. No one has any idea what CLIFFJUMPER is going to do with himself once the war is over and there aren’t any more DECEPTICONS to blast.
CLIFFJUMPER was canceled and never saw an official release, in spite of several online listings and solicitations.

If there's one thing DECEPTICON BRAWL loves, it's a nice, big explosion. The bigger the better. He doesn't really care if he's the cause of the explosion, but it does make for a more pleasing experience in general if it's his shells at ground zero. His favorite part is the visible pressure wave of compressed, heated air rushing away from a blast, pushing debris ahead of it and pulling dust and smoke after. He also really likes the part where the tiny bits of whatever it was just blew up come raining down out of the sky, smoking and twisted. Oh yeah. That part rules.

Rebuilt by the power of the UNICRON from the scrap of the dying MEGATRON, GALVATRON is every bit as ruthless and terrible as the original DECEPTICON leader. His core programming is a dark and rotten mass of evil, and his every thought is of conquest. As a mobile particle beam cannon, he has enough firepower to lay waste to entire cities; as a robot, no AUTOBOT is his equal in sheer power.

Mightiest among the DINOBOTS, GRIMLOCK masked a surprising intelligence behind simplistic speech patterns. His contempt for the weak kept him often at odds with OPTIMUS PRIME, but his hatred for all those who exploited their strength at the expense of others kept him always firmly on the side of right. Though he could bring a huge array of weapons to any fight, he preferred to close with his enemies, wielding his Energo sword in robot mode, or simply crushing his enemies’ limbs with his powerful jaw as a tyrannosaurus.
| | Filed Under: Titanium 3 Inch | Views: 126 |
Grimlock fights not because he believes in the Autobots ideal of peace and freedom, but because he knows what Megatron really is. He was there at the beginning of the Decepticon movement, mudguard deep in the spilled oil on the arena floor. He knows what it is to feel the electron-surge of total victory over his foes. His coolant too has sung as he pressed his blade against the torso of a helpless opponent.
But to Grimlock, no weakness is worthy of respect, least of all that weakness that disguises itself as strength. Where is the satisfaction of crushing those who cannot defend themselves, or slaughtering a building full of unarmed innocents? How does madness like that prove one’s strength? Better to die fighting against an enemy so powerful that defeat is almost certain. Better still to turn that enemy back and drive him broken before you. To someday see Megatron so broken – that is why Grimlock fights.

To call IRONHIDE "gung-ho" would be something of an understatement. Even before the war with the DECEPTICONS, he was a weapons nut. During rest cycles, he would travel to asteroid fields with his newest toys and blast iron space rocks into dust. Those were his happiest days; alone in the silent depth of space, feeling the kick of a fusion cannon as explosions bloomed in the distance, without a care in the world. Granted, he still gets to try out the newest weapons, but now it's against moving targets. To be honest, the war has been going on for a long time, and blasting DECEPTICONS isn't as much fun as it used to be.

Before the Great War between the AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS broke out, JETFIRE was a partner and friend to STARSCREAM. The two were as close as brother; the one as calm, rational and slow to anger as the other was jealous, erratic and arrogant. When STARSCREAM joined the DECEPTICONS in attacking the AUTOBOT held cities of CYBERTRON, JETFIRE was slow to choose sides. He was hesitant to join in the slaughter of largely defenseless AUTOBOTS, but did not want to take up arms against someone he'd considered a friend.
When the full extent of the treachery of the DECEPTICONS became clear however, JETFIRE joined the AUTOBOTS without reservation. The anger he felt as his betrayal by STARSCREAM never waned. He fought his former friend at every turn. The sky over many a battlefield filled with fire as the two master fliers engaged in dog fight after dog fight, neither ever completely destroying the other.
UNIQUE FEATURE: JETFIRE was frozen in stasis lock in Earth's Arctic Circle.

MEGATRON is a rogue member of the dreaded PREDACONS, a race of TRANSFORMERS that emerged from the smoldering ruins of the defeated DECEPTICONS. He possesses the prized Golden Disk, an artifact that will guide his group of PREDACONS to a planet ripe with the ENERGON they so desperately need.
| | Filed Under: Titanium 3 Inch | Views: 208 |
Mighty founder and leader of the DECEPTICONS, MEGATRON is bent on conquest. Without mercy, without weakness, without pity, he longs to destroy OPTIMUS PRIME and every last AUTOBOT before turning CYBERTRON into a mobile war world at the heart of a galaxy-spanning empire. Determined to possess the Planet Keys held by the lost TRANSFORMERS worlds, he will not hesitate to spend the lives of his troops to annihilate anyone who opposes him in his goals.
| | Filed Under: Titanium 3 Inch | Views: 111 |
MEGATRON does not suffer fools gladly. Yet here he is, forced by the power of the Matrix to obey the commands of a simpering braggart in a hood, and a fleshling no less! Still, MEGATRON is nothing if not patient. Let that shrill simpleton COBRA COMMANDER collect his trinkets and treasures. MEGATRON will watch, and wait for his time to strike.

TRANSFORMERS do dream when in stasis lock; strange machine-thoughts influenced by the baseline sensor feed that remains active even when all other systems are in full shutdown. So it was with MEGATRON, his vast, sleeping intellect dreaming sweeping fancies of power and conquest, his systems striving to connect with the energy web surrounding the nearby AllSpark – the prize for which he has searched so long. When he wakes, it is with an anger at his captivity terrible to behold, and a hunger for final victory that will not be stopped.

For years he waited. For years he planned. For years he sat in the shadows of the arena in Kaon watching as TRANSFORMERS fought and died. As the taste for destruction grew within those who fought, he sowed seeds of his own rise to power, and the subjugation of CYBERTRON. Those who proved themselves worthy through a talent for viciousness or simple, raw power, he recruited. No more would they call themselves TRANSFORMERS. Now they are DECEPTICONS.
When the time came, his DECEPTICONS rose up all over the planet. In that first lightning strike, thousands ceased functioning. So far, all of his planning has gone perfectly. Before his assaults, the AUTOBOTS are helpless, capable of fighting only long enough to barely manage a retreat to the next fallback position. All the while, his plan progresses. The AUTOBOTS will be destroyed utterly, MEGATRON thinks, the universe subjugated beneath my immortal heel, and the history of my conquest read by the flickering flames of a thousand burning civilizations.
UNIQUE FEATURE: No known weaknesses.

Experimental mechanics may have successfully unifed the gestalt frame of MENASOR into a while physical creature, but no level of shell programming or kernel restructuring has been able to modify his fractured mind. Constructed from the bodies of the five DECEPTICON warriors who once combined to form him, he is nearly indestructible. He is the ultimate in state-of-the-art destructive capabilities, driven by an almost mindless rage at the psychic agony that constantly torments him.
The dominant personality within him is that of the former leader of the Stunticons, Motormaster. Hated by his teammates, he nevertheless exercised an iron-fisted control over the team - a control that slipped only once the five found themselves unified in MENASOR. Even now, hardwired into the command network of the new body, he withstands a constant mental assault from the suppressed personalities of his four underlings. As a result, MENASOR, who should be the ultimate weapon, is little more than a destructive monster, incapable of following a plan, and desirous of nothing more than to smash everything around him.
UNIQUE FEATURE: Cyclone Gun generates winds equal to an F5 tornado.

Forced by circumstances into a desperate gambit, OPTIMUS PRIMAL takes the Spark of the greatest of his AUTOBOT ancestors into his body. While the MAXIMAL crew works feverishly to repair the destroyed circuitry of OPTIMUS PRIME and end the timestorm that threats to tear their universe apart, their leader struggles to stay alive. His body is wracked by the strain of containing two Sparks - something his bio-mechanical battle frame was never built for.
By the time the Spark of the AUTOBOT leader is returned to its rightful place, OPTIMUS PRIMAL has been mutated by its power into OPTIMAL OPTIMUS, a MAXIMAL of incredible size and astounding might. Armored and equipped like an AUTOBOT warrior from the Golden Age of CYBERTRON, he casts a formidable shadow, and presents the greatest threat MEGATRON and his PREDACONS have ever faced.
UNIQUE FEATURE: Mutated by the Spark infusion of OPTIMUS PRIME

Forced by fate into a role he never wished for himself, OPTIMUS PRIMAL led a rag-tag group of scientists and warriors in a desperate battle against a hardened gang of madmen and killers led by the PREDACON criminal MEGATRON. Trapped and alone, the MAXIMAL leader fought to defend the primitive world on which they had crashed, and to prevent the insane machinations of a villain that would eventually become the most dangerous enemy ever to blight the history of CYBERTRON.

Designed to protect him against the rigors of interstellar travel, the Protoform mode of OPTIMUS PRIME is a pitted, meteor-scarred apparatus of alien metal, forged in the heat of distant suns. Its rounded, flaring edges are lined with superconductive materials to bleed away the catastrophic heat of reentry into a planetary atmosphere. Housed within his indestructible body, OPTIMUS PRIME also carries the same scanning equipment as the other TRANSFORMERS, with which he scans an Earth transport vehicle, adopting its shape as his disguise on this new planet. Thus hidden, he is free to move about this planet among its inhabitants keeping them save and secure until the time comes for him to reveal himself.

Ancient, wise, and powerful, OPTIMUS PRIME is the greatest leader the AUTOBOTS have ever known. Patient, understanding and kind during moments of peace, he is nonetheless as skilled a warrior as he is a leader and diplomat. It has been noted more than once that his wisdom is so great that he seems to have a deeper understanding of the universe than he lets on.
