Cartoon Overview
Agent Fowler is the liaison between the Autobots and the US government. While he has a low tolerance of the idea of the Autobots being in hiding on Earth in general - especially when their battles cause disruption to the local population - he is also deeply appreciative of the help they provide in protecting Earth from the Decepticons. He is a useful ally, with access to experimental technology and potentially Air Force training which has allowed him to help out the Autobots on occasion in their battles with the Decepticons.

He has a rivalry with the leader of MECH, Silas, who Fowler calls "Si".
