Cartoon Overview
Scalpel - aka The Doctor - is first seen when the Decepticons dive to the Laurentian Abyss to revive Megatron. Finding that they need parts to revive their leader, he directs the assembled Decepticons to "kill the little one". With the spare parts, Megatron is reborn.

Scalpel appears again to aid Megatron in extracting the information from the Allspark from Sam. However, before he can cut Sam's head open and extract the brain, Bumblebee and Optimus Prime arrive to save the day. Scalpel is destroyed by Bumblebee on arrival.
