Cartoon Overview
Grindor, who shares a body type with the Decepticon Blackout from the first movie, first appears shortly after Sam, Mikaela and Leo manage to escape from Alice. He swoops in and picks up the car they are traveling in with a grappling hook, and delivers them straight to Megatron.

Grindor later takes part in a three on one battle with Optimus Prime alongside Megatron and Starscream. In spite of being outnumbered, Optimus is able to best his opponents, and critically, he destroys Grindor by tearing his head in two.
