| More Toy Info | Many of the combiner parts such as the head, fists, and chest shields came in at least two different colors. Red and Blue. I am not 100% sure but I believe that the giftset version came with the following. Blue head, fists, and small shield. A red big shield. The individually packaged bots came with red head, fists, and small shield. A blue big shield. While the back of the box depicts the head antenna as being chromed I have seem both colored versions of the head and neither had chrome. Common mistakes are the gray weapons sometimes being mistaken for Omnibot weapons with major chrome wear. The Takara weapons were molded in black plastic and then chromed. If you have a Omnibot weapons that is gray, its probably Mr. Hard Hats. |

Overall, the line is extraordinary. This set is the pennicle of any Four star collection. The changes made certainly make it worthly to be placed in any collection especially if someone is into combiners. The box art is fun and the phrases are cute in a 1980's kiddie sort of way. The use of chrome definitely adds to the overall value. The many parts and pieces make this a very tough set to complete.
