Chip Chase was one of the Autobot's greatest allies. Although wheelchair bound, he never let his disability limit his courage. He is also a genius. His greatest moment, though, was when he managed to save the Autobots by getting Thrust to destroy Teletran I in Megatron's Master Plan, allowing Cosmos to fly away from the sun free of Megatron's corrupted autopilot and hence allowing the Autobots to return to Earth and save the day.

Elita One is Optimus Prime's female counterpart. A capable leader in her own right, she leads a resistance movement that counters Shockwave on Cybertron. She possesses exceptional strength and markmanship, as well as the ability to briefly stop time. This ability comes at great cost, however.

A ninja robot developed by Doctor Fujiyama to benefit humanity, she was stolen by Megatron and reprogrammed to serve the Decepticons. Although captured, she was placed in cold storage, and gave an evil glare as she was stored away.
By 2025, a whole force of Nightbird drones had been developed and were responsible for killing Wheelie and Daniel Witwicky.

Before there was Optimus Prime, there was Orion Pax! In the Generation 1 cartoon series, Orion Pax was a young Autobot who greatly admired Megatron and the other Decepticons for their ability to fly, before he was killed by Megatron and rebuilt by Alpha Trion as the greatest Autobot hero of all time.
