Blue Maximus is a redeco of Revenge of the Fallen Ransack / Divebomb. Continuing Divebomb's theme of basing the redeco on a real world plane, Blue Maximus is also a homage to WWI aeronautics - in this case, the 1966 film "The Blue Max" about a German fighter pilot seeking the highest available decoration in 1918.

The name might also be a reference to the Japanese character, Blue Bacchus, although the film reference is the primary homage in this case.
