Cartoon Overview
Nicknamed "the chosen one", Rodimus Prime is an Autobot prodigy seemingly on the fast track to becoming Magnus. He is well-liked, a natural leader and skilled in both hand-to-hand fighting and various weapons. His signature energy bow is a weapon of his own personal design.

Rodimus (lacking the "Prime" title from the Collector's Club profiles in both in show dialog and also in the credits) appears at the start of "Transwarped". He is leading a team of Autobots in a defense of one of the Spacebridges against Strika's team of Decepticons. In spite of putting up a heroic battle, Rodimus is knocked out by Blackout and then hit with a vial of Oil Slick's cosmic rust.

Powers and Abilities

In addition to his leadship skills, Rodimus wields an energy bow that can shoot two arrows at a time. He is an excellent shot with it using his attacks to full advantage.

Notes
Initially referred to as "Rodimus Prime" in the TFCC magazine tech specs. When the character was seen in the series, he was named "Rodimus" without the Prime title. Later still the actual toy would be unveiled at Botcon 2009 as "Rodimus Minor", seemingly because Hasbro wanted to limit the use of the name Prime to just Optimus and Sentinel. This contradicts the fast-tracking suggested in the TFCC profile, because the series has established that Minor (drill sergeant level) is a lesser rank than Prime (captain level).
