Bio
BLURR never stops moving. It's a habit he's gained over centuries of working as an undercover agent for the AUTOBOT Elite Guard. Constant mobility is the best way to avoid detection by DECEPTICON agents. He is used to remaining in vehicle mode for months or years at a time – as long as it takes to complete his mission, learn what he needs to know, and escape. Unfortunately, because he spends so much time alone, he's not really used to talking so others can understand him.

* Possibly even faster than Bumblebee.
* Master spy.
* Reaction time is too fast to measure.

Cartoon Overview
Blurr is an Elite Guard Intelligence Agent assigned to keep watch on the situation on Earth, unknown even to the other Autobots. Everything about him is speed. He speaks fast, he moves fast, in fact, he moves so fast, he can run up walls!

Blurr is first seen in Velocity. He is much faster than Bumblebee even with his turbo boosters, which makes Bumblebee incredibly jealous and suspicious that there could be something on Earth faster than he is. Bumblebee assumes Blurr is a Decepticon, but he is in fact an unwilling participant in Master Disaster's underground Street Demon races, forced to do Master Disaster's bidding by an Allspark-powered remote control. Once Sari steals the remote control, Blurr is freed, and although he does not reveal himself as an Autobot - or even a Transformer - he does repay the favor by knocking Blitzwing out of the sky when he was poised to destroy Bumblebee.

Blurr would be seen again in A Bridge Too Close, where he finally revealed himself. He explains the situation to Optimus and the other Autobots out of necessity - Decepticon uprisings right along the galactic rim have got the Elite Guard forces stretched thin. With no hope of reinforcements, it was up to the Autobots and their fast-talking Elite Guard colleague to handle things. Blurr showed himself deserving of his position on the Elite Guard in the battle that followed, although he proved himself still capable of making mistakes, when he was blindsided by a falling Egomaniac Starscream clone (aka Thundercracker) and fell with him into the Spacebridge, bound for parts unknown.

Trapped in a distant part of the galaxy, Blurr succeeded in figuring out a way to escape from Mixmaster's cement, in the process allowing the Starscream clones to get free as well. He tried to get in touch with Cybertron but found his comlink did not function, so resolved instead to get word of the traitor on Cybertron to his superiors - knowing the traitor was not Wasp - even if he had to run all the way across the galaxy to do it.

And that is exactly what Blurr did. Bouncing from planetoid to planetoid, asteroid to space debris, racing across the rings of alien worlds. All the way back to Cybertron. On his arrival, he reported his findings to his superior, Longarm Prime aka the Decepticon spy Shockwave. Blurr explained that he had a soundfile of the real traitor which he could use to determine the agent's identity. Upon learning that Blurr had come straight to him - as ordered - Shockwave attacked Blurr to keep his double identity secret. Blurr fled into a series of tunnels, which proved to be his undoing. Knowing that he could not keep up with Blurr, Shockwave instead set up a series of gates to close in around Blurr in the tunnels, crushing Blurr into a cube. As Longarm Prime, Shockwave had Cliffjumper dispose of Blurr's remains.

Rest in peace, galaxy's fastest Autobot.

Powers and Abilities

Blurr is fast. Incredibly fast. So fast he even speaks fast. In vehicle mode, he can outpace Bumblebee even with his turbo boosters. In robot mode, he can move fast enough to run up walls, and move like a blue blur around his foes. The fin on his head is not for decoration alone, either - in line with his role as an intelligence officer, he can use it to pick up all manner of signals.
