In order to produce a living Transformer from the future Ravage's stored memories, the present day's Ravage was used to provide a life force, he is in stasis lock in cassette mode inside the car mode's cassette deck.
Released as Alternator # 11 Battle Ravage is a modified version of the earlier "Tracks" mold. His alternate mode is a convertible Chevrolet Corvette. In addition to mold alterations to make the car into a convertible, Battle Ravage also sports a new head mold, modified paint applications, and different rims.

While he still retains his fatalistic outlook on life, Dead End has grown to like his new body and fears that one day he will have to be transfered back into his old body as his updated from is unable to combine with his fellow Stuntacons to form Menasor.
The first Decepticon Alternator, #6 Dead End is heavily re-molded and repainted from Side Swipe, Almost every body panel of the car mode was modified, in addition, the entire rear-end of the car was different, this version also sported a roof and new rims.
In robot mode the chest and head were re-moldedand he bears a strong resemblance to Side Swipe's brother Sunstreaker.

There was no Binaltech version of Decepticharge, and thus no fiction or bio for him, but there is an (in my opinion) interesting story behind development of the toy.
Alternator #14, Decepticharge was the second use of the Honda s2000 mold, this time sporting an interchangeable hardtop (a first for the line) a spoiler and a stock/racing car inspired deco.
Mold changed also included new rims and a new robot mode head, inspired by G1 Windcharger.
Deceptichrge marks the first time an Alternators figure wasn't a direct update or homage to a specific G1 character.

Rumble, also released as Alternator #24 (Nemesis Prime was #24 as well) was first announced at the European Toy Fair in late January of 2006 where there was shown a photo of an actual Honda Civic and drawing of Rumble in robot mode.
He, along with Ravage (Jaguar version) were the first Alternator Decepticons that were not remolds or repaints of existing Autobots.

Megatron was planned for an Alternators release as a Cadillac XLR. However, when the line was put on indefinite hiatus, these plans were dropped. He would have had Oregon license plates with the text MGA TRN.

San Diego Comic Convention 2006 exclusive figure.
Though nothing conclusive can be found on the internet at this time, several web sites reported that Hirofumi Ichikawa had been commissioned by Hasbro to write a bio for Hasbro's San Diego Comic Convention 2006 exclusive figure, Nemesis Prime, but apparently in was never officially used.
A straight repaint of Alternators Optimus Prime, Alternator 24, Nemesis Prime was infamous as being hard to obtain from Hasbro's online toy shop the day it was supposed to be released.

Alternator #26 Ravage, while being one of the last Alternators was also a lot of firsts for the line.
He is the only Transformer character to receive two Alternators figures.

Brought back online in a new body by Battle Ravage using transmutor technology, he will bring the weakened Decepticon forces back together and provide leadership in Megtatron's absence.
It's all just part of Battle Ravage's master plan...
Alternator #12, Shockblast is a significant remold and repaint of Alternators Meister. many of the car mode's body panels were changed to accommodate the new side skirts and larger front end air intakes , a spoiler was added as well as a new head, and a new "gun hand" mimicking G1 Shockwave.
Shockblast also had a working lightpipe in his head to light up his one eye, a first for the Alternators line.

Outwardly good natured and laid back, this hides his true inner greedy and self centered opportunistic nature. Swindle had his name put near the top in the list of Decepticons to be converted to Binaltech bodies, even though many of them were in far more grave condition than he was.
Alternator 08, Swindle was the second Alternator Decepticon to be released. A repaint and slight remold of the "Hound" Jeep Wrangler figure, he featured larger tires, chrome wheels, a new head, an additional chrome front bumper, and a yellow paint job.
