On the topic of retro-styled TF characters, I'd kill to see a Marvel UK styled Impactor. Its something I've been wanting ever since the Retro Future line was announced. I think it'd be cool for the line to turn into something like the Warbot line, with a mix of original characters and borrowed designs.

 

Bravo and Nice show Vangelus and Seth. I can't wait to see where the Buzzards are going. So is Seth following his own kind or what? How about you Vangelus? I got a nice Hawaiian shirt in my closet, maybe I'll wear it to the next con in our area.

I also agree about the usage of 3rd Party getting out of hand and misappropriated, my question is what name would be more palatable for these mostly asian companies that produce sometimes high end robot collectibles? Would independent toy companies be a better handle? Maybe we can simply call it the Independent Robot Scene to help separate it from the whole IP infringement thing since some companies like Fans Project do actually produce some of their own original work. Just don't look at the potential acronym in there, though it is better than the more recognized one.
