That Lio Convoy works really well. I clicked the link not expecting much and was surprised how well the alt mode works. Yeah it's not going to pass for a lion but the gold parts invoke the original enough to make it believable.

If you mean the life model decoy angle for Coulson people have been kicking that idea around going back to the Avengers movie.

 

Mmmmmm... I don't think I like the Vision angle. Partly because I want Coulson to be Coulson even if he's now a robot and not this other character. Also that means Vision pre-dates Ultron and isn't himself a creation of Ultron.
