He already apologized and stated he felt bad, and I bet you he 's planning on making it up to you. Not that you are helping right now by continuously making a big deal out of this.

I'm not speaking for Chris, but if you really wanted a thank you, there are better ways of going about it. Send him a PM asking "did you get your stuff yet? Just wondering, as I haven't heard from you." Publicly calling someone out over and over again makes the whole thing seem like you were doing it all for public praise, which is the wrong reason to do people a favor. IMO anyway.
