Loved the cast, but fellas, how can you still hate the Armada Insecticons, if this episode clearly explained that the bugs have levels of ability and strength? If even one Insecticon exists that can be considered the baddest of them all, then obviously the other ones are weaker than he is. If they were only slightly less powerful than Hardshell, then they'd have mutinies on their hands every few days. Hardshell must be extremely stronger than the rest of the fodder, and its possible that the one that Megatron fought in Crossfire (and Arcee in Cybertron) were actually candidates for the next leader-class.

I think this episode cleared Armada's concept of weaker Insecitcons, by indicating that they do have variety in strength and rank

Vangelus, I love the new "eating my chip" timer, lol

One thing I like to add is that Tox-En is kinda like Kryptonite to Transformers. Both are green, radioactive, and cause extreme pain that can result in death.

I've heard some people speculate that the "T" stands for the four episodes occurring at the same Time

That's one hell of a huge stretch to equate slightly varying levels of strength to explaining away how in one episode, every Insecticon could be blasted out of the air by any character's blaster while in every other appearance blasters are shown to have little to no effect.

If that works for you or anyone else, that's great. But IMO its giving an inch and taking a lightyear. No amount of apologism is going to make me change my mind that Armada was a subpar episode and the way the Insecticons were handled was utter dog shit.

Thankfully every other writer has understood why Insecticons are awesome.
