Not quite sure how to respond to this one ...

But maybe that's just a little over the top.

Oh I understand that. I was just throwing it out there if anybody hadn't listened to 180 as well, trying to add to the conversation.

You guys brought up an interesting idea in 181 about talking to the Golden Ticket holders; you should totally interview a pool of those folks to get their insight and opinions.

What about all those times you claimed to see Patrick Swayze yet no one else could?

I was going to come with a nice fitting line of snark along the lines of don't listen, but I think I will go in a different direction this time. Without more context your statement here seems like a baseless jab at the people who produce this podcast for the sake of the fans in their spare time with their own personally bought equipment. I feel like it would be really helpful for the sake of discussion if you could help us to know a few things about where your statement is coming from.

How many other transformers/toys related podcasts do you listen to, and how long have you been listening to them?
Which of these other podcasts you listen to do you feel are so superior and exactly why?
Are you looking for a source of some secret inside info to spring up every podcast, and what advice can you give us for this to occur?
How would you structure a "real" show on a segment per segment basis?
You say you want a more "business like" approach, can you be more specific on this bit? Are you looking for a specific time for the show, a specific allotted time per segment?
The guests part I can not speak of or question because I do not know the specific details behind how that is ever worked out. And lastly, the question that I am most curious of.. why so serious?

And clearly it took me way too long to get to posting this [IMG]

Well, you DO give Wil Wheaton a lot of advice about growing up and bad sweater choices.

Whoopie Goldberg is on the View?

P.S: You guys got it right, it is uber-tenor-man. I'm a music major who plays mostly tenor sax :)

Also, it figures that my question poking fun at Vangelus gets asked on the one episode in 3 1/2 years without Vangelus.

    *Steps around the mess*

Yeah, I can't remember if I broke the math all the way down or not but scalpers would take a $50 hit on each item if they went the Golden Ticket route. I think that they'd be more likely to just line wait early when it opens up.

The issue is definitely going to be if the Primus Package holders that show up Friday afternoon/evening are going to miss out on exclusives. That will be a fun crap-storm to watch from a distance, with a tarp.

It's cool, it's a confusing name. I've heard it shortened to "ubert" before. Never heard U'Bert E. Norman before, though.

I can sadly tell you that at least the first half of it so far as not just been the sound of someone punching a jar of mayonnaise while patting someone one the back.

Can you really host one person? Isn't it pretty much just a date at that point?

It's how he carries the show, even if it's just pasta candlelit dinner with Seth.
