Just a Heads-Up: The mp3 was accidentally marked as being made in 2005, which made it insane to try to find on my mp3 player.

I don't really think that was unintentional on their behalf. After all, it is always the year 2005!

speaking on that photoshop collage, i found it on 4chan and posted it on here on the boards and over at the facebook for botcon and it got a lot of us thinking if this was suppose to be based on Giga, but its the only way i can even justify it working as if this is overlord after mega was destroyed, that explains the skeletalness, he is missing half his body mass.

doesn't matter much though, i've already pre-sold my boxset to pay for my primus package so its all good :lol

I don't want to sound like that asshole that goes, "yeah, see, that was me who did that" but if I am correct Botcon found about the collage from me, Just wanted to clarify where it came from.

    What is this collage exactly?

EDIT: I've gotten through the podcast already, I guess I was hungry for this one! Aaron's thought that didn't end was hilarious.

TJ describing the arsenal of Mechagodzilla hurt. The "ball" that is replaced in his torso is the "plasma grenade launcher". Rather than design a piece to cover and uncover the weapon and hinder articulation, Bandai opted for swapping parts instead. Giving Mechagodzilla more articulation was worth it certainly, but it did mean his upper torso has none of the weight of Godzilla or even MG's legs (this is also Garuda's fault). I love both my MonsterArts, but the hollow feel of MG can't be ignored and in my book, puts him on a level field compared to Godzilla. I believe Spacegodzilla is going to be the real test of Bandai's engineering for MonsterArts and what kind of quality we can expect in the line going forward.

Vangelus, you're right about how Godzilla compares to the Ultra-Act monsters, or at least Gomora. Eleking was pretty good but I think you overestimate how much his tail can do. It has about four joints in it and requires swapping to get the longer Ultra-wrapping action and gives you added length at the cost of clumsy hinges. If it could do that without swapping, that would be a different story. Golza pretty much removes all issues of clearance with the limbs as much as physically possible for a bulky monster suit, and probably set the bar for Godzilla much higher than if I never owned his expensive ass. Complain about $60-80 MonsterArts? BAH.

My Scrapnuts would be a Wombat who hates everyone equally, and dug a squatter hole right in the middle of that big dumb open battlefield the Preds and Maximals just love to fight on. Every time anyone tries to rush towards the middle for an epic battle, he runs them off by being completely belligerent and making everyone uncomfortable.

    He's voiced by Jason Statham.

Finally getting through the whole thing. Man, I specifically stated comics or show so Aaron wouldn't have the snarky response of,, *cough*Exodus*cough* and he did it anyway! :p  :LOL

Now when do we get our ukulele intermission?
