Oh man, I'mma spitting acid right now. Although I skipped "school girl" Fate as well.

Here's a clip from season 1, featuring Fate vs Nanoha.

Incidentally, first 3 eps of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha are generic (and even a lil boring) as all heck get out. Then Fate comes in and it gets better. It's season two, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's (supposedly pronounced "Ace" but it just sounds like "Ass" when they say it) where it's at.

I'm cool with other websites. Seibertron's an OK site. Their podcast though? Doesn't compare. I listened to an episode or two... yeaaahhh... gonna stick with WTF@TFW and Moonbase 2.

i only have one problem with seibertron.com, and that is their love to make up stuff just to get attention (aka leader ironhide and RTS rumble and frenzy are a single voyager size tank like the ice cream twins)

other than that, i have no problem with other sites

Pretty much, the reason why I post on TFW and now Seibertron is because the podcast drew me to TFW, and TFW loads a lot faster than Seibertron when I'm having one of those bad connection days. Seibertron looks nicer visually, but can occasionally take forever if I'm running a torrent. I'm pretty sure the forums on both sites are probably pretty much the same.

TFW has the podcast and a bunch of people on youtube. I guess you could say TFW advertises itself better? Plus, a lot of the podcasters and youtube people seem like genuinely pretty cool people. I met Vangelus and TJ Omega at BotCon and lo and behold, they were cool guys, and so is Superquad who lives not too far from me. I go to Seibertron and I'm like "who the hell are these people?" :lol  I guess it's a familiarity thing.

I think that you Dr. Isaka has escaped to the east coast Vangelus, we've been getting some pretty terrible weather over here. Maybe if you leave some Gaia Memories on your front doorstep he'll show up.

The movie really fixed the pacing problems with the original series IMO.

It annoys me that someone would say that you will get punched if you wear your K-On! tie.
Vangelus i recomend that you try watching K-on!
it's a pretty cute, innocent, funny series with catchy music. :D

So dammit Vangelus wear your tie and wear it proudly...
anyone who would dare punch you...is a jealous fool.

and "if" you ever do come to a convention while wearing that tie
and i am at that convention
i will not punch you...i will bro-hug you :lol

Yeah, movie also explains the Starlight Breaker.

Mega Neko aside, one can probably watch the movie in favor of season 1... yeah, I'd love it if Vangelus were to grab/torrent the movie, then get season 2, then start getting the Figma of the Nanoha girls and then infect Omegus and the other podcasters.

Thanks for answering my listener question.
I did feel like a while ago I remembered having to email somewhere (hence why asking the question).

I can make a longer sentence as well.. I shall try again
I love me pho.. And yes I did mean faux (but I had Pho on the mind.. It is so darn tasty afterall)..

Thanks for the clarification of the Justitoys vs. Takara Trailer (I wasn't back in the fandom at that point).

And thanks for taking the time to answer the question.. Always appreciated!!

Season 1's decent. It's like Azumanga without the acid trip. It's fairly funny (even has DMC references) and full of earworms. Especially the ending theme.

As the series gets on, you learn the quirks of the characters and certain characters turned out to be pretty cute/moe.

Then season 2 happens... Personally, I couldn't get through that season. It was torment even getting through half a dozen eps. The show degenerated into pure pandering with neither humor nor catchy music. I'll cease here and refrain from ranting further, but I reckon most haters are as a result of the second season.

But putting that aside, a magenta K-On tie sounds uber macho to me, personally.

By the way.. after mentioning someone preordered Rodimus from HLJ and your VERY reasonable reasons why you wouldn't buy a 3rd party trailer for the MP rodimus..
I've decided to preorder the Japanese version from HLJ.. The price is just too good on HLJ comparitively!

The neutering of Rodimus for the US release is crazy, I know its to reduce the price. but odds are the people who will want to buy a Masterpiece version of the guy, will be the ones who would want the trailer to begin with, and that kinda negates people wanting to by the US release. Its circular logic, brain is melting.

    I'm with you there..
I don't know how well the US release will do.. Grimlock seems to be doing ok for his cost (though he's still fairly easy to find). But Grimlock to me strikes me as a pretty popular character (and not really missing much aside from accessories of the Japanese version)

Where as a hot rod kinda worries me that they'll sit around like skywarp did.. But who knows.. I suck at predicting the market.

Actually I can see a two pronged logic in what they're doing.

Removing the trailer is going to (likely) get the toy under the 100 dollar mark. A BIG psychological cut off. I know it is there for me. By doing that you open yourself up to a larger market for the toy, being able to pull in more casual fans, and maybe even a walk up or a thousand.

Secondly, you throw in something (the theorized targetmaster) to get the big time fans into it. I know several people that would pass if it were just a trailerless toy, but add in a little transforming gun dude? Gotta buy it now.

Maybe the people who want an the US release of the MP Rodimus want the trailer, but aren't willing to drop 200 bucks at one time?

Being able to spend 70 bucks on MP rodimus, then at a later time buying the trailer for however much makes dropping large amounts of cash on toys a little easier to swallow. these are toys after all even if they are masterpieces and a lot of people might have trouble dropping 200+ dollars at one time.

I'm pretty sure that the reason those knockoff articles were taken down is because somebody realized that they weren't out yet.
As for my opinion, I'm excited to get my KO SG prime. I'll never be able to buy the original. I actually bought a KO USB ravage (good proportioned one) and I really enjoyed it. It was as good of quality as I would expect of any other hasbro product.

Also the KO SG prime has almost exactly the same color scheme
I think vangelus was looking at the previous KO version. http://www.kotoys.com/forum/index.php?topic=1322.0 This is what they're doing. Looking at comparison shots http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2265/2268492440_9e07d9aba7_o.jpg There are no real differences except for the extra crack on the window and the blue stripes.

The KO version does have purple autobot insignias unlike their previous (unshattered) versions.

While I didn't like the second season, I'm not a hater though. Just sayin' that a combination of it and the whole "it's popular now so I hate it" syndrome is what led to the hatedom.

In any case, I'd rather just get Vangelus to get into Sunred and Nanoha and Ika Musume, and then infect the rest of the podcasters.

Kiyohiko Azuma called, he wants to punch you in the face.
