I had not read the comments in those threads myself, didn't know who posed what or when so when I made that crack it wasn't detected at anyone specific.

Oh, I know. I was just throwing it out there since it's probably the reason why all those who said they knew all along never posted in the first thread. The consensus in the podcast was that nobody knew, but I was just explaining why so many probably did know and didn't post it.

Vangelus, I simply MUST know what the hell that song was in the intermission. I couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous it is, but admittedly it's only funny if they thought they were being serious. If it's some sort of parody I'm no longer interested.

    - If you slow down the death of Brawn scene, you see the laser shot pierce his chest, then his whole side go BOOM...... I don't want Brawn dead..... but....... but.......

    - Also in the original final draft, Shockwave gets crushed by Unicron's hand in his command tower. IDW's comic book adaptation of the 86 movie later added the scene where Shockwave blasted in half by Unicron. Either way..... he's dead Jim. (Again I rather not, he is my favorite Decepticon). All the later appearances in Season 3 were his character model but not his colors, like yellow, green or grey..... but again that's AKOM's Season 3 (Thank you Nelson Shin.............)

    - The reason you see no Autobots in the final battle against Unicron was all the Autobots were on the Moon Bases.....that Unicron ATE prior. Cybertron was purely Decepticon forces, the script no doubt changed to that point.

    - Deefuzz is right about the Microx thing, that was the "Diaclone" Canadian/European release name, which oddly PRE-DATES the mail away Hasbro 1985 one (See below)

    - The one Vangelus got at Botcon was similar but didn't sport the Microx sticker and has smaller peg holes to combine the other robots then the Hasbro release.

    - The Sky Lynx talk comes from his voice actor passing away recently.

    - Well if Slag is the waste of welding and thus considered "sh*t" in Cybertrionian slang, and one way to get a spark is to grind 2 pieces of metal together to a spark........ oh......... oh god.........

    Listener Question #1
    - You know.... I am with Dan, let's go with Daft Punk, I am curious how they would handle it. That and I would like Vince Dicola back........

    Listener Question #2
    - Design wise: Liftor (That came with Armada Smokescreen) why didn't he get an AWESOME repaint
    - Character wise: Dualor, cause he was sooooooo bad ass in the Dreamwave books... I want more Dualor.

Chinatown Hustler is definitely Vangelus' new theme music and I dig it. And Deefuzz congrats on becoming a father that is cool.

While it may not be mold degredation with the Battle in Space Rodimus(though this is the 6th use of it) there is something off with the plastic on the mold, stress marks run rampant on spots where there on pin joints on my copy.

That was Hilarious, I love Vangelus' Skids voice (though I do now want to hear his attempt at Ziro The Hutt), That Intermission was just so funny.

And Late congrats to Deefuzz on the new Family member.

Always a great show when it contains defuzz the font of all transformers knowledge, even more than Zartan, Vangelus and some ringer kid™.

Masticator and Algamator need fiction and toys.

Now if you will excuse me I must depart to attend the Zeppelin Races.

I have to agree with Vangelus about the movie Ironhide toys being awesome. Personally, I own just about every version of the voyager except the original. The blue one was my first Ironhide. (I still need the blue recon repaint from the two-pack). This DOTM version looks amazing. The deluxe was already a going in the right direction, I'm loving the fact that he's getting another new mold. The first Pics we got had me worried at first because he looked like he had huge wings, but the new properly transformed pics look great. It looks like a small part of the roof and most of the rear doors are folded up on his shoulders, but for the life of me-I can't figure out where the front doors of the truck went. Add in the backwards compatibility with the older Ironhide cannons-this is shaping up to be one solid purchase for me!

I liked the question about music for TF3. Daft Punk would be a very interesting pick for sure. The question brought me back to the discussion of the music in RotF and something I've been meaning to ask of Vangelus in particular which he sort of answered with talk of Combichrist. I've been trying to find a band that's a blend of black/death metal and industrial, something very suited to being the soundtrack for giant robot warfare. The closest I've found is the sort-of black metal band Thorns but the guy behind them is in jail for arson. Anyone have any suggestions?

That Hot Rod in the BIS Set is definatly my least favorite, but I still like it as a Hot Rod. Though his rub sign did not work. The symbol barely showed up, and it was only for a couple seconds. So I took it off.

The Nightstick is awesome as well. Cyclonus' rubsign actually works, but it lasts only for a couple seconds as well. Kind of sucks. I wonder if the other RTS toys' rubsigns are like that as well...

My BiS Rodimus was actually in pretty good shape. Everything lined up and fit together better than my Classics or Henkei. Maybe I shouldn't have kitbashed that copy as it sounds like it's rare to have a good one.

Combichrist is fully electronic and percussive, I'm guessing you'd ideally like a blend of industrial boom, throatraw lyrics, with electric guitars for melody and/or chunkin'? Several groups I like have at least gone through a stage like that at some point in their career. Lemme throw some musical wax at the wall of your taste, as it were. Gonna use Youtube for the sake of ease, apologies for the lack of sound quality. D:

YouTube - Chu Ishikawa - Knock Off
    YouTube - Menschmaschine - Megaherz
YouTube - Oomph! Wunschkind-Mind over matter
    YouTube - OOMPH! - Menschsein
    YouTube - L'ame Immortelle - Masquerade
YouTube - Zombie Girl - Creepy Crawler

Some of this deviates a little bit from the prerequisites, see if anything sticks for you though. :)

In a lapse of judgment, I also bought the Battle In Space box set. Cyclonus actually had better QC than my Universe Cyclonus (He can even hold Nightstick in Japanese Targetmaster style!) Hot Rod, well the only mold issue is that the chest collapsing for robot mode is scarily stubborn to push in.

I will have to agree on the comic. The art was fine, and the colorist usually does EXCELLENT work, but it just feels like he never got to do any finishing touches on the base colors. It's quite sad really. Also the script was very sloppily put together to fit into the continuity of the '86 movie. (Also, hey, a new Warpath design was shown alongside some other classics redesigns, as well at RTS Lugnut... I wonder what that could be hinting toward.)

Also, yes yes and yes on Combichrist. Stupid Vangelus and his stupid radio show that plays stupid music that I have to stupidly hunt down later...

    It's stupid.

Vangelus, I too often forget to put down the new year for at least a couple months.

A quick response to listener question 1:
Anamanaguchi. But then again, I want to see Anamanaguchi score every movie in existence, as well as life itself.

As for the outro: I love you Seth Buzzard.
