I bought a devastator in the dealer room today but not until I came back to the hotel did I notice that some pieces were missing and the chrome had a lot more wear when I looked at each individual piece, the dealer did say that the figure was complete and it did seem so in the dealer room but I guess I got distracted when I was taking out my money, can I go back to the dealer and get the figure returned or exchanged?

 

You are most likely stuck with what you have. You could always try going back to the dealer and explain the situation, but it is best to inspect before buying.
