What I didn't like about it is the line between full speed and robot mote was super thin and somewhere in-between was a not as fast speed. They where clear that the control scheme wasn't 100% finalized but in the demo they had hat the right shoulder button set to be the transformation, letting you transform without taking your thumbs off the sticks.

Hitting the left bumper button while driving in ROTF slowed your vehicle mode down, I never realized that until after I beat both campaigns .

I am glad they chose the right bumper as the toggle button. I would have been pissed if it was Y like they seemed to like on the original movie games, which is what I had in mind when the words toggle button were used.

BTW, are there timed missions in the WFC game? The first movie game sucked when you had to finish a mission in like 5 minutes or you would fail, and the ROTF one sucked when you had to finish it in a certain amount of time to get a percentage added to your game completion (I don't know how but I did manage to get platinum in both campaigns).

Matt said they where not totally settled on the control layout but what they had in the demo was right bumper and a secondary control option that put it on the Y button but Matt clearly didn't like it. Said something to the effect of "Or you can play it with the Y button if you want to take your thumb off the stick and move it all the way over here and disrupt the flow." while pantomiming slooooowly moving his thumb over an invisible game pad.
