Overwatch is generally believed to originally be the Titan MMO that Blizzard had worked on for years until they canned it. Hence all the story elements.
Found this video that might help Seth make his stache. https://youtu.be/RiwlOynvg5M Although I think a rust 5 o'clock shadow might be more appropriate for the character.
Eagle Robo is great, jeez it takes a minute to figure out the arms but he's the finest jet transformer at that size class with no kibble. Love the metal content.
Hey guys, I'm just now getting around to the podcast, but millennials are anyone generally considered born after 1986, but we are now getting into the generation z period. I was born in 78 but I wouldn't still identify myself as gen x. More of a inbetweener. I'm old enough to have not grown up on wide access to the internet, but can appreciate it but not freak out when I don't have it in my hands 24-7 or lose my shizzle like the latter half of millennials and the kids born at the beginning of the 2000's would because they have never known a world without the internet.
Seth, great hearing about that local dude that had what sounds like a very nice collection. I work a side job where I do children's birthday parties. I have a Decepticon tattoo on my leg as well. One time, the father of the birthday kid noticed my tattoo and started asking if I really was a Transformer fan and he ended up showed me his collection. He had to take me up to his bedroom for it (which was a little weird) but it was cool to see another collectors collection. He had a few Masterpiece figures and some of the toys that were out at the time, and he was just so excited to talk to someone about them. It was a pretty cool. It sounds like you got to see some very cool stuff!
I've thought about Detolfs, but I'd feel separated from my figures since they'd be in a case. I recently had to put a bunch of my Transformers in a dresser drawer and now it I don't mess with them as much because it'd be a bit of a hassle to get them out.
Vangelus, born in 1984 is called a Millenial. I, born in 1993, am also called a Millenial. If you honestly think that two people born a decade apart can be called the same generation, you're out of your goddam mind.
That figure looks like It's A Kind Of Magic! I'd love to see them do another Freddie with the cape and crown. I think that's just a level bellow the yellow jacket in terms of iconic looks.
I feel the same and I was born in 97. My family didnt get a good computer until I was much older. Me and my sister used to play outside all day. We could make a game out of anything. And when we were indoors, we played with physical toys like matchbox cars and obviously Transformers. All the other kids had their fancy new DSs and other electronics, but most were not that attached to them. There wasn't a single kid in my elementary school with their own cell phone. We all knew how to play and have fun with nothing but an open field and a few sticks. Skip a few years later and my younger siblings are born in about 2004. They knew plenty of kids with cell phones, computers, and everything else. With out internet the are lost for things to do. They never played with toys like my older sister and I. My little brother actually is struggling with a legitimate addiction to technology. Without it he goes through a form of withdrawal. I appreciate technology, but I can function just fine without it. Sure I have a smart phone, but I use it more for function and work than for social stuff and games. The tech obsessed stereotype if millennials will fit much better to the post 2000 generations. Regardless, I found the millennial jokes and bashing to be hilarious. As Ive always said, If you can't laugh at yourself, you'll miss a lot of good jokes.
