Kinda hope it's true kinda don't. If it's not, Halo 2 would get it's own multiplayer...if it is, probably Halo 4 expansion.

If I recall, you thought halo 4 was kinda dumb too. But it happened.

 

It means that bad decisions could still be made, it would probably make sense if I explained it in person, but that ain't gonna happen

 

Halo 2 remake bundled with Halo: CE, Halo 3, Halo 4 for 360? No one is that fucking stupid.

...I'm trying to make sense of what point you're trying to make but I'm having a really hard time so I'm gonna give up and go have a nap.

 

First Xbox one without kinect and now this. Maybe Microsoft isn't so evil after all. Sucks you end up with 4 with that deal though. I still hate that game with a passion.  

Wallets not going to like it, but I have to get that if it does have a remake of 2.

Considering I only got to play Halo 3 and Reach before my original Xbox died this will be a great deal for me  

Three whole games I've never played before at what I can only hope is a reasonable price.

 

I'm gonna go ahead and say the Collection will be $80 US.

If this turns out to be true. I'll give away all my Halo games except for ODST and Reach, and get this collection for Xbox One(I'll need to get one first) while I keep the spin offs for my 360.

 

Cool for those that have/want an Xbox One. This does kinda make getting one a little more tempting... I feel like the bit about them not being sure if it'll come out for other systems is a bit of a pointless comment. As great as it would be, I can't imagine them releasing a set like this for the 360. Even if they were to cut Halo 4 out of it, and just remastered Halo 2 and 3 for the 360. This basically kills any chance of us 360 owners getting a Halo 2 Anniversary Edition...

I'm upset, but I really can't blame them. They need to market their new hardware, and doing so with one of their best selling game franchises is a pretty smart way to do so. Hell, this is almost convincing me to eventually get a One myself...

 

I don't see why anyone is expecting Halo 2 Anniversary on the 360, it wouldn't really make sense. A lot of people want that game so putting it out just on Xbox One would probably increase sales and allow them to not be held back by the 360.

 

What does this mean for the multiplayer?? Will all four games' maps be in one big multiplayer lobby or will it be a 'best of' scenario.
