FYI, Stewie doesn't contribute anything to the Comic Con event (as of right now) so I'd focus on event drops over him.

We're getting Patrick Stewart, Ron Perlman, and Stan Lee for free. I'm OK with this.

 

I'd rather have Cranston over Stan or Perlman.

They really did well with the celebrity guest-stars for this. I only have Patrick right now, and I think it's rad. I'm going to be getting Stan Lee and the king of acting in prosthetics too? Swell.

 

So they've added another method to get the Ice Cream Sundaes for Chris's hero costume (Make Quagmire Drink at the Clam) and I couldn't be happier. Before it was just make Peter overeat and Zap Latcher Stewie (not counting the clam-costing diner) and since they unlocked the costume I've only been able to get 2 of the ice cream.

 

One thing I like about this game is that they make adjustments like that on the fly.

Just need two die and 3k blam for Felicia.

 

I noticed this too. Still only have 1. Finally got Stewie 2 days ago. He took like a month to get everything.

 

Question for everyone, since you guys are way ahead of me, What should I focus on doing? Should I focus on completing the tasks to unlock Perlman and Day, focus on the tasks for Chris's costume, or focus on gathering pesticides so I can defeat Giant Stewie a bunch of times and get the car?

 

I would try to focus on getting all the stuff for the characters over doing anything with the Giant Stewie. Best recommendation is try to spread out your characters doing stuff. I assume you have Patrick Stewart, and he only has 2 quests that'll get you stuff (pesticide and a battery). I'd send him on the pesticide quest since you can get batteries from the geeks that are spawned.

I don't remember if Bruce or Quagmire have multiple quests for people, but I have Bruce on his quest for the telescope for Felicia Day and Quagmire on his quest for the ice cream. It's the only things they have that get items for me so it's the only thing I'm sending them on.

Peter is the big question mark since he has the pesticide quests and the ice cream quest. I'd recommend sending him on something you need more of, so if you need more pesticides send him on quests for pesticides and if you need more ice cream send him for ice cream.

It helps me that right now I only need 2 telescopes for Felicia and 5 ice creams for the Chris costume. Any character who isn't involved with getting those can just do their own thing.

 

Who is Felicia Day?

I mean, I can look her up on IMDB, but next to Ron Perlman, Patrick Stewart, Brian Cranston, George Takei, and Stan Lee!...?

 

She was on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Eureka.

 

Gotta say, TinyCo made a great event even better with today's update. Minion Stewies drop clams and sundaes, in addition to a decent amount of blam. And the best part is that the rockets are incredibly easy to get. And since we're keeping Giant Mutant Stewie too, Takei should be a cakewalk.

 

What's all this? I got the update but nothing has changed in my game so far as I can tell. Does something need to get done before that all appears?

 

Well, my luck with batteries from nerds and item drops from zapping latcher Stewies is insane. I ended up with ten batteries today alone and was able to get enough pesticide from zapping to defeat Giant Stewie three times.

 

They added Stan Lee and a new version of Mutant Stewie. Should automatically kick in, just like the other celebs did.
