I need to beat human revolution. Got it during the steam winter sale. Played it for a bit but I wasn't into the controls for it.

Human Revolution was okay. Need to get to the original sometime.

 

...They have a 23 year long gap to play in before the events of Deus EX/The Conspiracy.

 

Now there's a game in need of a HD remaster.

 

I understand why, but I can't help but be a little disappointed this isn't coming to the Wii U. HR-DC is the only 3rd party game IMO had it's definitive edition on the Wii U. Going to miss that real-time map with enemy point-of-view sitting in my lap for my stealth playthrough on this one.

 

The Original was the only one I played heard the others weren't too good?

Deus EX is Legend. Deus EX Human Revolution was a great beginning as a Prequel to the original and Mankind Divided looks like a strong follow up.

If you can get yourself the Director's Cut of Human Revolution, then you're in for a treat of the highest order.

 

Never played the original, but I don't think a game narrative has ever engrossed me as much as Human Revolution did. I did my best to scour that game top to bottom to unmask the layers of conspiracies afoot. It was a fully-realized masterpiece as far as I'm concerned. Still need to play the director's cut.

So needless to say, I'm beyond hyped for this. I need more Adam Jensen in my life.

 

Bought Human revolution after seeing the trailer for this. Loving HR and can't wait for this to release. Actually I can, but I can't at the same time, arrrgh too many games...witcher 3, batman, killing floor 2, trine 3....

 

I guess that is the advantage to the only announced games I want to play are Arkham Knight, Uncharted 4, and Deus Ex.

So it seems SquareEnix are doing a sort of crowd fund style pre-order bonus. The more people pre-order, the more tiers (up to 5, with 5 itself being a four day earlier release date) unlock.

See, I'd probably be okay with them saying, "Here's the available pre-order bonuses, pick the three YOU want". But I can't get behind this.

 

I won't be preordering the game. I'll just walk into Target or Best Buy on Feb 23rd and pick the game up. I used to preorder games all of the time but I'm not done with this whole freebie bs. Plus, games are so easy to get these days that there is no reason to preorder anymore.
