Revolution to play Genesis and TurboGrafix games!?

That's what's being reported from Nintendo's conference at GDC today. The games will be part of the download service, along with the previously announced NES, SNES, and N64 libraries.

Planet GameCube's report

Holy crap!

Ahhh you beat me to the news.

Anyway, I saw this coming for a LONG time. Nintendo fails at GDC! They could have at least shown a 5 second clip of Metriod Prime 3, similiar to the E3 05 footage with a "see you at E3" at the end. No hype, no nothing!. Ive got three words for you Nintendo......

That is pretty revolutionary, and also pretty damn awesome.

I can't wait to play some sonic spinball!

If revolution isnt being shipped with an HD where do you store the games, in RAM?

Doesn't look so much like Windwaker as it does a really nicely updated SNES Zelda (which isn't a bad thing).

Its Pre-order time. I might actually be able to put my 1st Version Genesis to rest finally.
