@Rev - nice pickup, as a freemium player Frink is on my list for sure just waiting on the right time. Hell, I've held out long enough and got Barnery at a decent price. The new daily challenge system is interesting, as I'm sad to see the daily combo+ mystery box leave I'm excited to take on the new system, I've won some great items / characters in that ol' mystery box. I think the best being Blue Haired Lawyer, Squeeky Voice Teen and Kearney + 2 Lard Lad Donuts and a handful of 30 Donut prizes. Not to mention the rare 'mystery box' inside a 'mystery box' Now there is so many ways to get donuts: -Railyard -#Level Up -XP Bonus Level -Full Neighbor Visits -Find Maggie Game -EA Random Through Updates -Daily Challenges -Events Probably missing some, but It all adds up eventually
I grabbed Barney a few weeks ago. When they had that deal to get 130 donuts back. Sweet deal! Didn't feel like Simpsons with Barney.
I know it just doesn't feel right with some missing I'm lacking a lot of the core characters as they are premium items. In due time, I'm s patient player. As the donuts stack up I'll itch that much closer to new character. My first was Otto in a combo deal awhile back. He is one of my favorites. Frink following close behind. Can't wait for the next update!
Unsure, most likely something end of the month or sooner. With the downtime in between updates I figure out how to re arrange my town. i need to revamp my ever neglected Squidport.
