Also did anyone pick up on the fact that MGSGZ is a re-hash of MG/MGS again. Miller and Big Boss's dialogue once BB climbs up the cliff is blow for blow Col. Campbell and Solid Snake chatter from MGS. Secondly Chico and Paz being held on opposite locations of Camp Omega is also directly from MGS with ArmsTech CEO Kenneth Baker and DARPA Chief Donald Anderson at Shadow Moses.

 

Huh. Didn't notice that, will have to watch the subbed vid this time around.

Although Volgin is my fave MGS villain, I hope he stays dead but it would be cool if he came back.

 

I think the ps3 can. The Xbox will have a harder time. Pc will be the best way to go

I love me some Metal Gear as much as the next guy, but I really wish he'd get to work on other IP.

 

The graphics are crazy I can see why it not on the wii u. Though it just an photo of a plant.

 

Everyone remembers the 14 Minute footage shown last year right. In it we learned that the events of Ground Zeroes is set 2 weeks after Peace Walker so we have a set time line for Ground Zeroes mostly.

Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes is more or less the last episode we will have of any MGS featuring David Hayter as the voice of Solid Snake/Big Boss. As I believe that Richard Doyle will be taking the reigns for MGS 5.

Anyways back on topic, am I misunderstanding here or did they say that Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain are the same game? Cause if that's the case how does it work, having Hayter be voicing in Ground Zeroes, but not MGS5?

 

New MGS = Me purchasing it. It does look great, but I always hope for a sequel and not prequels.

Hideo Kojima showed a new trailer for Metal Gear Solid 5 at the start of his Game Developers Conference talk about the developer's next-generation Fox Engine. The trailer incorporated footage from previous Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain trailers along with new footage and ended with logos for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, indicating Metal Gear Solid 5's intended platforms, but Kojima said the game is currently running on PC.

Unless I'm mis-reading, I think we do.

 

All the information released thus far has pointed to Naked Snake being the protagonist. Dunno where you got the Solid idea from.
