If some of the horrible rumors end up being true, I'm saying fuck you next gen consoles, and getting myself a good PC. If they end up false, I'm probably getting a PS4, considering I still have over a year of PS Plus and a ton of games, while on XBox all I have is the Halos and a COD or 2.

I will be buying a ps4 but if it comes out starting at over 400 I'm going to wait for a price cut.

 

I must be getting old cause I have zero interest in a new generation of consoles. Not saying I wouldn't buy a PS4, but it would definitely be a few years after its release and once the price went down.

 

Because it's highly unlikely to ever happen, and if it did it would be for free to play games like public quiz or racing games based on rounds and levels. It would be business suicide to make God of War 12 drop to commercial in the middle of a boss fight just because it's been 15 minutes since the last ad.

I'll get a PS4 and the next xbox eventually, but not right away. My usual criteria for buying a console is when there's at least one big time consuming RPG/open world game I can sink my time into and one big budget action/adventure graphical showcase for instant gratification and eyegasms.

 

I wish they would get rid of that fking thing where you can't use any game save but your own

I hope they release this asap, I don't want games to be restricted to Xbox360 and PS3 technology any longer....I won't be buying this, but as soon as this is out then more graphically demanding games can be built for these things and finally allowing more development for PC games at the same time.

I do like the look of the controller, and after almost a decade of touch-interface gaming from the DS all the way to the Wii U, I'm ready for a controller with multi-touch capabilities (which is the rumor right now, that black area isn't actually a touchscreen like the Wii U, but a multi-touch pad like the back of the Vita).

But, right now I'm in a holding position for a 720 and PS4 until I hear if they really are going to not allow used games anymore.

 

So...where are the Start and Select buttons? I get the feeling that the touch screen is going to replace those.

 

That thing was a disaster, lol

 

They're on either side of the touchpad, although I think the names and function might've changed.
