While I do play multiplayer more often, I believe there is nothing like a good campaign mode. It allows you to do much bigger things and you have an opportunity to do many things you couldn't do in multiplayer. If a game's story is engaging enough, it could be the highlight of the entire game. That is why Uncharted 2 is my favorite game of all time. |

Take a good campaign, then add the ability to play with a buddy. 9 times out of 10 you have vastly improved it. By co-op I do mean with a friend, as playing co-op with randoms is about as fun as putting your nuts in a grinder as you will inevitably get the dumbest motherfuckers on the planet for teammates. ![]() |

Multiplayer's always the same way-too-good players using the same cheesy tactics on the same damn map over and over and over. |

If it is a Zelda type of game then I want to play by myself, lights out and embracing the magic. If it is stuff like BF, CoD, Diablo3, etc etc then multiplayer can be fun. |
