Can't wait to get this but from what I hear it is 2013 so thats some big time from now but maybe we could get a closer date is what I am thinking.

 

I doubt it. God of War is typically a spring release, and it will be way past spring if this came out this year. 2013 is probably fairly accurate.

 

Funny, I beat God of war 2 on hardcore without leveling any of my magic or health, and at the end though the same thing. Challenging for the sake of challenging me. Took me three years to beat it like that.

Though I'd leave story structure out of the discussion. When it comes to video games mediocre describes the story structure of even the best franchises.

Guess I'm just one of those gore hunger sequel grabbing zombies. But damnnit I love them.

Edit: though I kinda agree. After playing Uncharted 2, I was severely disappointed because I could not see any innovation. It left me not wanting to play the third game.

But I do disagree another GoW3 three not having any innovation. The new weapon system and the ease of using and switching between them during battle was terrific. My only real complaint was that it had too few enemies. I LOVED the endurance run at the end of the second game.
