Got a 3G 1000 model with 32GB yesterday for $80 with 2 games. Little Big Planet Vita I haven't tried, Jak Vita Collection is 200% NOPE. 15 frames per second on the first game, 10 frames per second on the second game? How the hell did it even get released?

Did manage to use the henkaku exploit to make this run emulators though. 3.60 is the golden firmware again.

If your Vita is on version 3.60 or lower on any model (1000 with the OLED screen and proprietary USB (3G model included), 2000 with the LCD screen and MicroUSB, or PlayStation TV) then hacking is possible. Hackers two days ago found the source code of the system so it's a wonderful time to be on this platform.

yeah the old 1000 with the oled screen is a beauty. still have mine, still been playing plenty of odin sphere on it.

I keep my firmware up to date though, I didn't care much about the cfw on psp until sony stopped supporting it fully the cfw install became as easy as popping in a memory card. I will wait til the same thing happens with vita.
With psp though the cfw was really nice because it allowed for isos of all the stuff you already owned to remove the umd drive and disc usage. That was huge. With vita that is not an issue with the carts so I will just wait til sony is done with the platform and firmware updates and the cfw catches up.
