    The good news is you've got over a year to find another one (or an original Wii if you'd rather have GameCube support) and buy any DLC, WiiWare, or Virtual Console games you want to legally own.

    I guess now would be a good time to discuss Wii Shop recommendations. There are some decent WiiWare exclusives that are about to become unavailable.

    Mega Man 9 and 10 are the top priority games I need to download. Not made any better with the fact that I've got less than six months until Nintendo stops accepting credit cards for Wii Points.

    Fortunately, those aren't exclusives. If you do miss the deadline, they'll probably still be available for PS3 and X360 for a little while, and they're available currently as part of Mega Man Legacy Collection 2.
