I am very interested in what decade they go with on this game but I already know that I will be 1 of the first in line for this game anyway. Now if we can just get a red dead new game as well.
I'd prefer a Red Dead sequel. That game was amazing, and needs a proper sequel, even though it'd have to focus on a different character. If it works for GTA, it could work for that. So, while I am not a huge GTA fan, I have rather liked the last two Rock Star games, and I love the Max Payne series, so I might get this, if the reviews are good, which is a given.
Not excited. I thought GTA IV was incredibly overrated and mediocre at best. Remind me when Rockstar announces a new Red Dead game.
I just want a game without having to put up with whiny kids in online multiplayer. I know this is said for many games these days, but GTA IV's online multiplayer community is full of little smartasses.
I actually liked the Multiplayer, until people found out how to glitch underground and get into buildings where they didn't belong. It got to the point I had to learn the glitch and flush them out of it.
I love multiplayer, it was what GTA was missing. They need co-op though. Multiplayer was awesome when you get a bunch of friends and gang up on them. The solution to little smartasses, is the mute button. What I do want though, is more jets, planes, all those fun things! Ooh ooh! The monster truck, jetpack and...know what, this is sounding all like San Andreas, give us a new one with mutliplayer, do it nao! That or another Vice City!
Lots of info/spoilers hit the internet. I copy and pasted them here for anyone interested. I left the ones regarding the ending out. I guess we will find out if this is true tomorrow. Spoiler -The protagonist is Hispanic and his name is Adrian. -It takes place in San Andreas in 2012. The Mayan end of the world is parodied a lot because of this. -You start out in Los Santos and are in your rival’s turf, Varrios Los Aztecas, after getting beaten up and robbed. -The game revolves around money in a big deal. -Multiplayer is in again. There are a couple of new game modes, co-op story, and 32-player game modes for consoles and 64 player for PC. PC also includes dedicated servers. -PC comes out on launch and is being ported by Leeds. From what they have shown us it is optimized much better than GTA 4. -San Andreas includes all the same cities from GTA SA and this time they have all became ab it bigger as well as much more detailed. -Gang turf wars are back. This time not only the general gang are in charge but different sets such as57th Ballas or the Eastside Azteca. They have their own graffiti. You can tag up stuff with custom sprays now too. -”The money” I refer to comes from a massive drug trade that ships to San Andreas. Its fought over a lot throughout the story and it comes with lots of money. It has ties to your family so it becomes a bigger deal. -The timeline continues off of GTA 4. It is referenced a lot. I’m not really sure whether Niko dies but he’s mentioned at least twice. -Car modding is back so is lowriding of course. -There are 9 radio stations. It features a range of music. Some of the rap is new, some is old. -Military has returned in the 6 star wanted level except they are referred to as National Guard. -Cover system is upgraded and plays more smoothly. -More girlfriends. -Parachutes.
/\ OOOO sounds like fun. However: Spoiler I seriously hope the mayan/2012 thing isn't true. I am seriously sick of even hearing that bullshit and don't have to hear it every 5 minutes in the damn game I wanna enjoy.
