I might have pocketed a fully charged Phlog Pyro a couple times.

And liked it.

 

Please ignore the fact that this is a rage comic because it's pretty accurate.

I just pocket and uber whoever is closest to me, is not going backwards, and has fired a shot in the last 2 seconds.

i've ubered heavies, soldiers, demomen, scouts, friendly spies preparing to sap enemy sentries, phlog pyros, demoknights, everything.

Everything.

 

-rage comic
-old as hell hats
-comic acts like buying cosmetics in the store is viable
-comic acts like buying uncraftable weapons from the store is viable
-no humor in it at all

This irrelevant thing smells like it's at least four years old, and rage comics weren't funny back then either.

 

The point is that spending tons of money on digital hats is dumb.

It really not though if you have the money and enjoy the game enough. You can always get more-or-less what you put into the game back out as Gaben Fun Bucks or Paypal cash, unless you're doing unwise things like buying them from the store or gambling on crates. If you know how to rub your hands together you can even turn a profit.
